EstheraSTEM is a youth-led initiative making STEM accessible, relatable and connected to real-world impact.. Founded in 2022 through the Rise Challenge, we use the power of student collaboration to make high-quality learning accessible worldwide.

Vision: To build a global community of young innovators (students) who create solutions and drive meaningful change.
Mission: To promote STEM education through curated opportunities, enriching resources and student-centered outreach that inspire curiosity and innovation.
How We Create Impact
EstheraSTEM has evolved from a blog into a comprehensive platform that delivers value through multiple channels:
- Digital Resources: From articles, to research-backed resources, to our digital magazine.
- Community Building: Nurturing a safe welcoming WhatsApp community for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Opportunity Desk: Vetting and sharing valuable external opportunities, such as scholarships, grants and competitions.
- School Outreach: Conducting school visits and programs to directly introduce STEM concepts and career paths.
