Who We Are
EstheraSTEM is a youth-led initiative founded in 2022 with a vision to make STEM education more accessible, relatable and connected to real-world impact for students and young learners.
We believe STEM is more than subjects studied in classrooms. It is a gateway to creativity, problem-solving, leadership, innovation and opportunities that can shape the future.
Through STEM awareness, outreach programs, opportunity sharing, digital resources and community engagement, EstheraSTEM empowers young people to think beyond limitations and become more confident about the future they can create.
Young people should not only learn about the future, they should have the knowledge, exposure and opportunities to help shape it.
🌍 Why EstheraSTEM Exists
Many young people are introduced to science in classrooms without being fully exposed to the opportunities, innovation and possibilities within STEM and technology.
At the same time, the world is rapidly evolving, yet many young people still lack access to the exposure, resources and guidance needed to prepare for that future.
EstheraSTEM was created to help bridge that gap by connecting STEM learning with real-world applications, opportunities and possibilities.
We want STEM to feel less distant and more understandable; something young people can see themselves participating in, regardless of where they come from.
We believe young people should not only learn about the future; they should feel empowered to shape it.
