EstheraSTEM is a youth-led initiative founded in 2022, with a vision to make STEM education more accessible, relatable and connected to real-world impact for students and young learners.
We believe STEM is more than subjects studied in classrooms: It is a gateway to creativity, problem-solving, leadership, innovation and opportunities that can shape the future.
Through STEM awareness, outreach programs, opportunity sharing, digital resource and community engagement, EstheraSTEM empowers students to think beyond limitations and become more confident about the future they can create.
🌍 Why EstheraSTEM Exists
Many students are introduced to science in classrooms without being fully exposed to the opportunities, innovation and possibilities within STEM and technology.
At the same time, the world is rapidly evolving, yet many young people still lack access to the exposure, resources and guidance needed to prepare for that future.
EstheraSTEM was created to bridge that gap by helping students explore STEM in ways that feel accessible, relatable and connected to the real world.
We believe students should not only learn about the future, they should feel empowered to shape it!
